A seamless SaaS experience begins with the primary workflow. Identify the one thing users sign up to accomplish, then strip friction from every step between login and that outcome. Everything else is secondary.
Progressive disclosure, sensible defaults, and inline help keep users focused. Every modal, tooltip, and sidebar competes for attention — make sure each earns its place. Consistency in layout, iconography, and terminology removes the invisible tax of relearning the product on every screen.
